With this standards-based resource, students will have the opportunity to read 3 nonfiction passages and use passage prompts to cite evidence and analyze each selection. Students will practice choosing the best text structure, digging deeper with a graphic organizer, and setting the stage based on a passage.
This resource includes several notes guides for the concepts, everything you need to check for understanding, including a summative assessment with a rubric, and a self-assessment for students to complete based on their understanding of the learning targets.
